Weā€™re proudly based in Toronto, Canada, so yes, you can expect friendly customer service with a polite ā€œsorryā€ or two thrown in for free šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦.

But donā€™t worry, we also partner with top print providers around the globe to keep things fast. All U.S. orders are printed and shipped straight from sunny Miami, FL, because nothing says ā€œspeedy deliveryā€ like palm trees and printers working in flip-flops.

How long will it take to get my gear?

We know Jeff spoiled you with that sweet Prime delivery life. Weā€™re not Amazon, but we work hard to keep up.

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days across most of the U.S. So while we donā€™t have drones (yet), your gear gets to you pretty fast.
